How to apply for a medical marijuana card in Miami

- Arrange an evaluation with a qualified physician. Confirm the visit location, appointment requirements, identification, relevant medical records and full fee before booking.
- If the physician determines that you qualify, follow the instructions for your Medical Marijuana Use Registry entry and orders.
