Medical Cannabis in Texas
Certified physicians serving patients across the state of Texas — from the Gulf Coast to the Panhandle.
Understand the Texas program before booking
Texas uses the Compassionate Use Program (CUP). A participating physician determines eligibility and enters an appropriate prescription in the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT). This is a different process from a Florida ID card application.
Review the Texas DPS patient guidance and confirm current services, physician availability, fees and visit arrangements with the care team. A city guide does not confirm a staffed office.
